I've been doing cold showers for a few months, and it didn't take long to get used to it. I did it bc I wanted better skin and less hair loss.

I take hot showers, but right before I get out I'll turn the cold water on and stand there for about 3-5 minutes. I noticed since I started doing that, I'm not breaking out on my back, chest or face as much. Also going from hot to cold feels nice 😊
